  • Be responsible for intergovernmental agricultural foreign affairs, agricultural trade promotion and negotiation, industrial damage investigation, agricultural foreign aid project implementation, implementation of relevant international conventions and of agreements and other related work
  • Coordinates and manages exchanges between China and relevant international agricultural organizations
