  • Drafts strategic plans for agricultural and rural economic development
  • Responsible for the promotion of the agricultural green development
  • Organizes the division of agricultural resources; guides the coordinated development of agricultural products and imports; issues suggestions on tariff policies
  • Responsible for poverty alleviation and the development of agricultural industry
