  • Reviews and approves financial institutions’ applications to access and exit these markets
  • Assesses the implication of market instruments for monetary policy and financial stability, and provides relevant policy advice
  • Monitors and analyzes financial market developments and prevents cross-market risks
  • Formulates and implements overall credit policy
