  • The functional department in charge of international taxation, international tax cooperation and exchanges and foreign affairs
  • Studies and formulates anti-avoidance measures between countries, organizes and implements anti-avoidance investigations
  • Assists in tax agreement negotiations and agreements between countries; drafts and implements such negotiations
  • Supports exchange activities for tax authorities between regions
  • Manages foreign affairs projects
