Functions：

Develops tax data management systems; manages tax applications, data systems, technical support, tax infrastructure, and security
Taxes gold, prepares the annual budget for gold taxation, implements technical elements of project execution
Sets technical standards for tax data management
Designs and operates the tax data system, including application development, testing, upgrading, and IT operations
Organizes the construction, implementation and management of the information security system of the tax system, and undertakes the information security guarantee of the tax system.
Be responsible for the data technology management, technical support and application service of the tax system, and be responsible for the technical management of information exchange with external departments.
Implements, operates, and maintains tax information infrastructure, including the video conference system and computer equipment
Manages daily resource use, including equipment provision, energy usage and security measures
Provide technical management and services, including electronic identity authentication, technical analysis, and application services
Organizes and manages disaster recovery and tax system data backups
Manages the Guangdong Branch of the E-tax Management
Promotes capacity building among taxation information technology personnel, and organizes and manages technical support centers
Handles other matters assigned by the State Taxation Administration
