  • Studies and formulates agricultural industry policies, directs structural adjustments to agricultural industries and resources; improves produce quality; suggests policy regarding prices of agricultural products and means of agricultural production; adjusts tariffs; circulates agricultural staples, rural credit, taxation and rural financial subsidies; organizes the drafting of laws and provisions for agricultural industries including crop production, animal husbandry, fishery, rural and township enterprises
