- Formulates strategic planning for energy resource conservation and circular economy policy plans.
- Proposes and implements energy consumption control objectives.
- Organizes major energy-saving demonstration projects and promotes the application of new projects, new technologies and new equipment.
- Undertakes the work of leading small working groups on energy conservation and carbon emission reduction.
