  • Be responsible for studying and analyzing capital balance within society
  • Studies fiscal and monetary policies and issues of fiscal and financial system reform
  • Analyzes the implementation of fiscal and monetary policies and makes recommendations, puts forward development strategies and policy recommendations concerning direct financing
  • Reviews and approves securities issuance of non-listed companies
  • Takes the lead in promoting the development of investment funds and venture funds, as well as development of relevant systems
