国际合作司
Functions：
- Perform the functions of external liaison organs (central organs) designated by international judicial assistance treaties, and to participate in the drafting and negotiation of international judicial assistance treaties.
- Be responsible for the conclusion and implementation of treaties on the transfer of sentenced persons. Examine from a legal perspective the international treaties concluded or acceded to by China and submitted to the State Council for examination and verification.
- Undertake diplomatic and legal affairs. Organize, coordinate and participate in UN activities in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice, as well as multilateral or bilateral exchanges and cooperation in the field of justice.
- Organize the translation and examination of the official translation of administrative regulations in foreign languages. Handle legal affairs related to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
- Be responsible for the administration of the foreign affairs of the organs and directly affiliated institutions, and the examination and verification of the system’s overseas (overseas) projects.
