Function

  • Formulates and implements a mid-to-long-term development plan for labor security supervision and an annual work plan for labor security supervision
  • Develops labor security supervision system and organize implementation
  • Organizes and implements labor security supervision related to training and employment, human resources market, labor relations, labor standards, social insurance and other businesses
  • Investigates, handles and supervises major labor security cases in accordance with law, and participate in handling emergencies caused by labor security violations
  • Organizes the construction of a labor security law-abiding integrity system, establish a “black list” system such as wage arrears, and be responsible for the public announcement of labor security violation cases that have a significant impact on the country
  • Coordinates relevant departments to organize comprehensive management of violations of labor rights
  • Undertakes other human resources and social security supervision and inspection work according to law
  • Guides the construction of labor security supervision institutions and teams, and guides and supervises local labor security supervision
