  • Be responsible for organizing and conducting research on human resources and social security policies
  • Undertakes the organization and drafting of important contributions by the Ministry
  • Leads the organization of research on major policy and comprehensive policy issues
  • Undertakes overall research and organization and coordination of comprehensive reform in the field of human resources and social security
  • Be responsible for organizing and coordinating major reform implementation plans and key tasks of annual reform
  • Leads the organization to establish a human resources and social security expert database and relevant expert advisory committees to provide decision-making consultation
