Function

  • Be responsible for coordinating human resources and the legal work of social security, establishing and improving the systems of legislation, popularization, administrative review and administrative administration according to law, and guiding local human resources and social security legal work
  • Formulates legislation and popularize plans and annual work plans and organize their implementation
  • Be responsible for organizing the drafting and revision of drafts of human resources and social security laws and administrative regulations, and organizing the drafting of laws, administrative regulations and draft laws and regulations of the party to solicit opinions from our Ministry
  • Takes the lead in organizing the interpretation and clearance of human resources and social security laws, administrative regulations and rules, and to be responsible for the compilation of human resources and social security laws
