Function

  • Be responsible for international exchange and cooperation of the Ministry
  • Formulates the international exchange and cooperation plan of the Ministry and organize its implementation
  • Be responsible for multi-bilateral international exchange and cooperation mechanisms, cooperation projects, foreign-related technical cooperation and talent exchange of government, civil and international economic aid agencies in the field of human resources and social security, and take charge of the coordination of Chinese human resources agencies
  • Be responsible for negotiating and organizing the implementation of multi-bilateral social security agreements, participating in the negotiation of multi-bilateral agreements such as investment agreements and free trade area agreements
  • Be responsible for communication and cooperation between the Ministry and Hong Kong, Macao，Taiwan, and foreign non-government organizations
