Functions：

The Department of Services for Foreign Ministry Home and Overseas Offices was established in January, 1994. It is a public institution directly affiliated to the Foreign Ministry. Its main responsibility is to provide logistical services for agencies under the Foreign Ministry, and Chinese embassies and consulates (missions and offices) overseas.
