  • Oversees and coordinates policies and cooperation and exchanges with relevant countries and regions
  • Guides the operation of China’s overseas diplomatic missions within its regional jurisdiction
  • Be responsible for translation and interpretation for important diplomatic functions, documents, and instruments in relevant languages
