- Undertakes the work concerning fair trade in import and export
- Investigates into discriminatory trade policies, laws and regulations against China’s exports and hold related consultations and negotiations
- Undertakes the work concerning investigation on industry injury and organize the implementation thereof
- Establishes the precautionary mechanism of fair trade in import and export
- Directs and coordinates the response to anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard measures against China’s exports and related work
