Functions：

  • Formulates plans for developing civil affairs and standards for the construction of civil infrastructure
  • Guides and supervises the administration of funds allocated by the central government
  • Carries out registration management and law enforcement supervision of social organizations
  • Formulates measures for administering lottery public welfare funds of civil affairs departments
  • Responsible for the administration of Civil Affairs statistics and the budget and final accounts, financial affairs, asset management and internal audit of the organs and directly affiliated units
