  • Drafts laws, regulations, and rules for the securities and futures market as well as the detailed rules for implementation
  • Reviews and verifies regulations and rules drafted by all the departments
  • Provides consultations on any legal problems encountered in the supervisory process
  • Interprets the related laws, regulations and rules within the scope of power, supervising and coordinating their execution
  • Assumes responsibilities for publicity and education of legal affairs work
  • Handles cases of administrative litigation, national compensation and other litigation cases of the China Securities Regulatory Commission
  • Supervises lawyers and law firms providing intermediary services
  • Manages border control, provides judicial assistance and assists with the investigation and evidence collection
  • Takes charge of credit construction for capital markets; undertakes legal research
