Functions:

  • The Department of International Cooperation of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRS) is responsible for foreign affairs on behalf of the CSRC
  • Drafts rules and regulations concerning international cooperation; supervises and manages visits to and from foreign countries; initiates dialogues with international organizations and governments; supervises the performance of the overseas counterparts
  • Coordinates and organizes the cross-border inspection cooperation; coordinates, organizes, obtains or provides technical assistance and personnel training abroad; researches and coordinates the opening of securities industry after accession to the WTO
  • Provides instructions on policies related to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan under the authority of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC); examines overseas listing by domestic enterprises and drafting regulations
