  • Supervises the bond market
  • Reviews the self-discipline rules for the bond market
  • Reviews public issuance of corporate bonds and supervising related issuance and listing activities
  • Supervises non-public issuance and transfer of corporate bonds
  • Supervises issuance and listing of asset securitization products rules, implementation rules, and supervision of its issuance and listing activities; coordinates self-regulatory organizations for the securities market
  • Reviews the qualifications of securities credit rating agencies engaging in the bond market
  • Monitors the activities of securities intermediaries and service agencies
  • Monitors bond market operations and risk assessment
  • Coordinates unified supervision and enforcement within the bond market
  • Be responsible for inter-ministerial coordination of the bond market
