Drafts laws and regulations regarding supervision and administration of state-owned assets
Organizes, drafts, reviews, and coordinates rules, normative documents, and policies
Studies and puts forward policy suggestions regarding reform and improvement of the supervision system for state-owned assets
Reviews major Commission decisions
Studies relevant legal issues relating to reform and development of state-owned enterprises; guides and promotes the rule of law construction and provides legal counsel
Manages inter-governmental dialogue and negotiation related to state-owned enterprises and other foreign-related policies and laws
Manages legal affairs for government offices
