Functions：

Implements and evaluates financial management of China cooperation projects by the United Nations Development Programme, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and other multi-lateral and international institutions
Supervises and manages bid invitation, bid award and project implementation management after the foreign aid general materials projects are established
Recep and reviews of South-South Cooperation Assistance Fund project application materials, project implementation and supervision
Guides, manages, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates the implementation of foreign aid training projects undertaken by the International Business Officials Training Institute of the Ministry of Commerce
Hosts exhibition activities of the Ministry of Commerce, as well as administrative work such as personnel training and procurement of emergency relief materials; as the executive agency of the Ministry of Commerce of the Beijing Fair, it is responsible for the preparation of the exhibition
Provides project management services for international organizations, domestic government departments, enterprises and institutions
Hosts the China International Civil Organizations Cooperation Promotion Association and WTO Economic Herald
Undertakes other matters assigned by the Ministry of Commerce
