  • Issues import and export licenses for dual-use goods and technologies
  • Establishes and improves the early-warning mechanism for industry security
  • Be responsible for investigations on industrial competitiveness as well as responses to and evaluation of industry security incidents
  • Directs and coordinates responses to industry security incidents
