Function

  • Formulates basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents and social security policies, plans and standards for land-expropriated farmers
  • Formulates and reviews the social security measures for land-expropriated farmers in the land acquisition plan
  • Organizes the formulation of the basic endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents and the transitional measures for social security of land-expropriated farmers and other social security systems
  • Draws up the methods for raising, managing and using the social security expenses of the land-expropriated farmers in conjunction with relevant parties
  • Participates in the formulation of urban and rural residents’ basic pension insurance fund investment and operation policies, and participates in the formulation of urban and rural residents’ personal savings endowment insurance policies
