Function

  • Takes the lead in drafting mid- and long-term plans and annual plans for the development of human resources and social security undertakings, and organize their implementation and supervision
  • Relevant units within the Ministry of Comprehensive Coordination shall formulate special plans for human resources and social security and annual plans and supervise their implementation
  • Be responsible for the comprehensive management of the statistical work of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and take the lead in formulating statistical rules and regulations and statistical standards
  • Undertakes comprehensive statistics on human resources and social security, takes the lead in organizing the development of a statistical system of human resources and social security statistics, implements a comprehensive statistical survey, and organizes statistical analysis and supervision
  • Be responsible for organizing the drafting of the budget and final accounts of social insurance and supplementary insurance funds such as pension, unemployment, and work injury, and participating in the formulation of the fund financial management system
  • Be responsible for the management of the Ministry’s use of World Bank loan project management and other international organizations’ aid and cooperation project funds management work
