Function

  • Organizes the formulation of development plans and standards for labor and personnel disputes mediation and arbitration and organize their implementation
  • Coordinates formulation of labor and personnel dispute mediation and arbitration policies and regulations, formulation of labor and personnel dispute mediation and arbitration system and implementation specifications
  • Promotes and improves the multi-disciplinary mechanism for labor and personnel disputes, and guides the nationwide labor and personnel dispute mediation and arbitration work
  • Establishes a guidance and coordination mechanism for labor and personnel disputes, and guides the mediation of major labor and personnel disputes according to law
  • Responsible for the organization and team building of national labor and personnel dispute mediation and arbitration
  • Makes overall plans to advance the basic security work of labor and personnel dispute mediation arbitration informatization construction and publicity
