  • Formulates and implements the labor contract system and labor regulations
  • Formulates the implementation rules for the filing system of labor employment
  • Formulates the implementation rules and collective negotiation rules for the collective contract system
  • Formulates labor standard system, drafts working hours, rest and vacation system for enterprise employees, and take the lead in drafting vacation system
  • Formulates macro-control policies on wage distribution in enterprises, formulates policies on wage regulation in the industry, and establishes a system for monitoring and disseminating information on wage distribution in enterprises
