Functions：

  • Be responsible for carrying out foreign cultural publicity and promoting cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries
  • In charge of overall planning of publicity and reporting, shooting and translation of foreign films and TV programs, as well as  design and production of exhibits and souvenirs related to foreign cultural publicity
  • Organizes Chinese and foreign cultural and art groups, individual visits and exhibits in China and abroad, cultural and academic exchange activities, operation and maintenance of cultural communication network, consulting and evaluation services
