  • Formulates and organizes the implementation of policies for cultural and tourism public services and plans for the development of public cultural undertakings
  • Be responsible for the guidance, coordination, and promotion of national public cultural and tourism-related public services
  • Develops and supervises the implementation of standards for cultural and tourism public services
  • Guides work revolving around mass culture, minority culture, minor culture and senior culture
