Asia Pacific, is seeking a talented and entrepreneurial individual to join the firm as an Intern,
based in Singapore.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a keen and organised team player to join the Singapore office as a full time
intern. The role will assume responsibility and assist with the organisation of several ongoing
retainers, projects and events for a diverse client-base across a variety of business sectors
such as finance, healthcare and technology.
This is a fun and exciting opportunity to dip your toes into the communications and public
relations industry. You will work closely with a small team across a wide range of tasks. It
will suit someone who enjoys working in a forward-thinking environment, and is excited by
the unique opportunity to work with a founding agency team, while being part of a global
network.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate must be based in Singapore and possess these attributes:

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic – a self-starter who takes initiative and is looking to be
  • involved in all kinds of projects
  • Good analytical skills and a strong business acumen.
  • Organised and works well in a team
  • Curious about new subject matters and fearless in the face of complexity
  • Reliable and resourceful when faced with challenges
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Content Development – Prepare news releases, thought leadership articles, briefing
documents, internal communications materials and other forms of written collateral.

Media Relations –  Monitor and flag relevant media opportunities, compile and maintain
media lists, develop pitches and conduct media outreach

Analysis and Research – Gather, analyse and summarise key media coverage and trends to
assist with new business initiatives.

Social Media – Assist where required with social media management and content development.

Account Coordination – Support the wider account team and assist them with the smooth
day-to-day running of accounts.

Media Monitoring and Reporting –  Provide real-time media monitoring of social, local,
regional and international media online and in print for relevant coverage and compile
reports

Event Coordination – Where required, assist with coordination of events and on-ground
support if necessary and regulations permit.
