Lead the people\u2019s procuratorates at all levels and the special people&#8217;s procuratorates to administer by law the work of public procurators and other procuration staff<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with the central ministries to administrate the department establishments and staffing of peoples\u2019 procuratorates<\/li>\n<li>Proposes administrative procedures, organizes and guides the education and training work of procuratorial organs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinates with relevant central government departments and provincial party committees to appoint and review the chief procurators of the people&#8217;s procuratorates and the special people&#8217;s procuratorates of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. Conducts inspections of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Plans and guides budgetary work and management of procuratorial technical information at procuratorial organs nationwide<\/li>\n<li>Organizes foreign exchanges and cooperation with procuratorial organs and carries out relevant international judicial assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for other tasks that should be undertaken by the Supreme
