be responsible for examination and approval, planning and supervision of the construction of administrative office buildings; manages land use by central government organs and their subordinate units<\/li>\n<li>Reforms the housing system for central government organs and affiliated units in Beijing, and manages housing funds<\/li>\n<li>Promotes, guides, coordinates and supervises energy conservation in public institutions nationwide<\/li>\n<li>Administers centralized procurement by central government agencies and governments as required<\/li>\n<li>Manages civil air defense work for the central government organs and their subordinate units in Beijing<\/li>\n<li>Guides and coordinate the administration of social affairs in central government organs, such as building spiritual civilization and comprehensively improving public security<\/li>\n<li>Administers and coordinates Beijing offices of the people\u2019s governments of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities at deputy provincial levels<\/li>\n<li>Proposes standards for domestic official reception of government agencies, and undertakes the administration of general affairs and funds for major state events and important meetings of the state council<\/li>\n<li>Manages housing and official vehicles for central level officials from the National People\u2019s Congress, the National committee of the Chinese People\u2019s Political Consultative Conference and the Democratic parties<\/li>\n<li>Undertake other tasks assigned by the State Council<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Be responsible for administrative services for central government offices;
