Ministry<\/li>\r\n<li>Be responsible for related work, coordinating administrative affairs, and assisting leaders of the Ministry in grasping the overall work situation<\/li>\r\n<li>Undertakes tasks assigned by the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council, and deals with proposals of deputies of the NPC and members of National Committee of CPPCC<\/li>\r\n<li>Manages conferences of the Ministry, organize conferences of the Party Group, executive meetings and important comprehensive conferences, and supervises the implementation of resolutions<\/li>\r\n<li>Be responsible for administrative affairs, confidential work and duties of the Ministry<\/li>\r\n<li>Undertakes secretarial work of the Party Group, leaders and ministerial-level senior cadres<\/li>\r\n<li>Deals with relevant affairs concerning the Minister Reception Day<\/li>\r\n<li>Formulates and organizes to implement management regulations of official documents and stamps, and undertakes the task of reviewing official documents of the Ministry<\/li>\r\n<li>Be responsible for administrative information of the Ministry<\/li>\r\n<li>Edits and publishes China Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Gazette<\/li>\r\n<li>Sets information office in the General Office<\/li>\r\n<li>Be responsible for information publicizing and news releasing and manages all kinds of publications<\/li>\r\n<li>Be responsible for confidentiality, archives management, code management, and letters and calls of the Ministry<\/li>\r\n<li>Sets MOFCOM emergency management office in the General Office, in charge of emergency management in the commercial field<\/li>\r\n<li>Takes charge of liaison with Local Commissioner&#8217;s Offices, and undertakes liaison work with local departments<\/li>\r\n<li>Takes charge of administrative affairs related to the responsibilities of International Trade Representatives<\/li>\r\n<li>Undertakes other work assigned by the leaders of the
