departments on Closer Economic Partnership Arrangements (CEPAs) consultation and implementation\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Coordinates management of major trade and economic issues with Taiwan, and drafts plans on direct trade with Taiwan<\/li>\r\n<li>Takes the lead in handling multilateral and bilateral trade and economic cooperation with Taiwan<\/li>\r\n<li>Manages and gives guidance on Taiwan,
