Offers suggestions on tax policy adjustments such as tax increases, tax item tax rate adjustments, tax reductions and exemptions, export tax rebates, and supplementary taxes<\/li>\n
Analyzes and forecasts the situation of tax revenues, proposes policy recommendations for adjusting economic operations and distribution of national income through taxation; proposes policy recommendations for regulating the relationship between taxes and fees<\/li>\n
Be responsible for drafting models of international tax agreements and agreements; Responsible for international negotiations on extra-tax taxes, and draft international tax agreements and agreements<\/li>\n
Studies the division of taxation power between the central and local governments and promote the improvement of the local taxation system; organizes the formulation and implementation of reform plans for the taxation management system; participates in the study of the fiscal management system<\/li>\n
