  • Draws up plans for developing cultural relics and museum objects; draws up standards and methods for the identification of cultural relics and the management of museums; organizes the investigation of cultural relics resources; participates in the drafting of laws and regulations on the protection of cultural relics; responsible for supervision and inspection
  • Coordinates and guides the work of cultural relics protection, performs the duties of supervising the law enforcement of cultural relics, organizes the investigation and handling of major cases of cultural relics violations; coordinates with relevant departments to investigate and handle major cases of cultural relics crimes
